The summer is almost at the end. It is time to check how successful the colony is in its preparation towards winter. Get ready for your first fall inspection of the hive!
During our workshop we will check the hives’ for:
- Health
- Queen’s performance
- Food stores
Participants need a protective gear (hat, veil) and closed toed footwear. Long sleeves and light colored material clothing is suggested. Please bring your own protective head gear. Our course will take place at our educational apiary/ bee sanctuary.
